Welcome

Welcome to the Utah Division of Air Quality's (UDAQ) State and Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS), a web-based application allowing permitted facilities to compile and submit data on point source emissions.

Please Note:
The minimum browser requirements for SLEIS are current Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox versions. We have found several sources having difficulty with the software if they use Internet Explorer and recommend using one of the above browsers instead.

Electronic User Agreement - Account Registration
Registration for SLEIS requires that you complete this google form.

When we receive your registration form, we will enter the information into SLEIS, and you will receive an email with a link to create your initial account password. The password must be between 8 and 30 characters long and include at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter. After creating the password and setting up your security questions, you can log in to SLEIS at:
https://sleis.deq.utah.gov.
